Exodus 3:5 and in Joshua 5:15 in the King James Version read the same “For the place whereon thou standest is holy ground.”
As I read these passages I realized that many times in life we come to a place where we need to realize that the spot on which we are standing is indeed holy. God has a place and a plan for those who will be still and listen to His plan. In the quietness of the early morning, open His word and hear Him speak. Then throughout the day take time to reflect on the Word you read earlier. The Holy God loves and cares about you, your situation, your questions and the decisions you have to make. His wisdom and His love will carry you through the day and to the truth He has for you. Your answer may not come today or even tomorrow but it will come in God’s time table. Stand quietly on the Holy Ground.
