Norcross, GA – May 12, 2010 – Bryan’s Auto Supply, a leading provider of Parts Plus auto parts and supplies in Eastland, Texas, recently played host to a series of educational clinics, where area body shops, car enthusiasts and auto tech students were introduced to Wanda―the exciting new car refinish system by AkzoNobel.
Two clinics were held at the Bryan’s Auto Supply, Eastland facility, and a third clinic was held on the Cisco College, Abilene campus―60 miles west of Eastland. All three clinics showcased the lovely “Wanda” spokeswoman, who welcomed guests to the clinic, introduced the educational product presentation, and emceed the games and photo opportunities following the presentation.
“As one of the region’s leading auto parts suppliers for more than 25 years, my team was especially delighted to host the fun and informative Wanda clinics,” said Bryan Jackson, owner of Bryan’s Auto Supply. “With as many car buffs as we have in our area, this was a great way for them to be introduced to this new user-friendly car refinish system that is now available in our store.”
Following the day-long clinics, the Wanda spokeswoman was on hand to help host the annual Bryan’s Auto Supply “Fun-for-Free” event that highlighted a classic car show and customer appreciation festivities. More than 500 people showed up to enjoy the food, entertainment and give-aways.
Wanda’s growing popularity is due to the system’s unique color match capability and simplified approach to mixing ratios of clear, primer and color products. The universal hardener and extensive color documentation tools help painters achieve a professional looking “right the first time” finish. Fewer products also make the system easier to use and help reduce inventory for distributors.
