It’s time for the 2010 elections! And, yes, I am, once again, asking for your vote and support to re-elect me as your Justice of the Peace, Precinct 1 of Eastland County. I have enjoyed serving the people of Eastland County during this last term and want to express my appreciation to you for electing me and allowing me this privilege.

Our son, Russell, and wife, Antionette, have five children and own and operate a trucking company in Midlothian, Texas.
Pam and I have been married 47 years and are members of the River of Life Church here in Eastland. During the 38 years we have lived in Eastland County we have been members of the 4-H Club, Eastland Rifle and Pistol Club, Bass Club, Eastland Volunteer Fire Department, the Eastland J C’s, and helped found the Westbound Water Supply Corp.
My qualifications for the office of Justice of the Peace, Precinct 1, of Eastland County are as follows:
- Over 45 hours of college education in Criminal Justice, Penal Code, Traffic Law and Constitutional Law.
- Over 1200 Continuing Education Units in law enforcement and a Master Peace Officer’s certificate.

- Over 150 hours in Court Room Law and Court Procedure.
- Current Justice of the Peace for 3 years.
Many of you know me and I will do my best to meet and get to know those of you who are not acquainted with me. I would like to take this opportunity, once again, to ask for your vote and support for my re-election as Justice of the Peace Prec.1, Eastland County in the March 2nd primary. In return, I promise to make sound decisions based on the laws of the State Of Texas.
