Mildred Frances Foster, 90 of Cisco passed away Saturday March 20, 2010 at Clyde Nursing Center in Clyde, Texas. Funeral services will be 10:00AM Monday at Kimbrough Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Reverend C.P. Floyd, burial will be in Atwell Cemetery under the direction of Kimbrough Funeral Home. Visitation will be 4:00-6:00 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
Mildred was born in Atwell, Texas on September 27, 1919 to Samuel Gillespie and Nancy Alice (Maddux) Jones. She worked for Boss Glove Manufacturing as a seamstress. She married Buster Emmitt Foster on June 5, 1939 in Baird, Texas; he preceded her in death on July 23, 1992. She was a member of Sabanna Quilting Club and a long time member of East Cisco Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Woodrow Jones and sister, Alice Morgan and son-in-law, Billy Fuller.
Survivors include her son, Vernon Foster and wife Linda of Cisco; daughter, Frances Fuller of Clyde; sister Reta Mae Oliver of San Angelo; grandchildren, Cynthia Ann DeHoyos and husband Mark of Hawley, Craig Allan Foster and wife Lori of Dublin, Dana Lynn Scott of Waxahachie, LaDonna Michelle Holland and husband Jeff of Clyde, Billy Doyle Fuller and wife Tracy of Mesquite; great grandchildren, Joshua and wife Robin, Shawnae and husband Tim, Anthony, Lauren, Jeffrey, Justin, Jese, Katy, Shannon and Max; a great great grandson, Trevor; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Serving as pallbearers are Craig Allan Foster, Mark DeHoyos, Joshua Davis, Jeff Holland, Jeffrey Holland and Justin Holland; honorary pallbearers will be Billy Doyle Fuller, Jese Holland and Anthony DeHoyos.
