Westbound lanes were closed and all traffic was diverted to the Eastbound lanes while crews worked a one car accident on highway 6 this afternoon. The accident in the 8200 block of Highway 6 happened just after noon. A Mitsubishi heading west swerved off the right side of the road, rolled and rested on its side. The driver was taken to Eastland Memorial Hospital and then transferred to a metroplex hospital. A 7 year old was sent to Cooks Hospital as a precaution. A 16 year old and 20 year old were sent to the Eastland hospital. The Jaws of Life was used to extract the passengers from the vehicle. Cisco Fire Department Medic 6 and Medic 1 responded to the accident as well as Eastland and Ranger EMS.
