The last few weeks have been busy around the Central Texas Opportunities, Inc. Ranger Head Start. October 29th we took a nature walk to visit the residents at the Ranger Care Center. We had a great time with games, songs, and lots of fun! We appreciate the caregivers and residents for allowing us to come spend time with them!

November 8th Trooper Sparky Dean from Abilene came to visit with us and give us all kinds of safety tips. We talked about vehicle safety, bike safety, and helpful words.

On November 9th we were visited by Aaron, Cody, and Paul from the Ranger Volunteer Fire Department. They were great with the kids. Cody dressed in full fireman’s gear to show the children not to be afraid of a fireman coming into the house to help you.
They look scary and sound scary but they are there to help!
