The street drug also known as “spice,” “genie,” and “sage” is often sold as incense, packages clearly indicate the product is not for human consumption, but those in the know will say it’s for smoking.
The second reading of the city’s ordinance to ban K-2 will take place Monday. The proposed ordinance would outlaw the sale and consumption of K-2 within the city limits.
Update November 10, 2010: The Ranger City Commissioners vote in an ordinance to ban K-2 that became effective immediately.
