11:03 a.m. – The City of Eastland will have water outage east of Leon River this afternoon for about 4 hours.  Please conserve water!

8:50 a.m. – At this time the City of Eastland would like to alert the citizens of Eastland of low or limited water pressure and outages in certain areas until further notice.

Due to the installation of pressure relief valves along the main water feed line to the city, residents and businesses in an area to the east of the Leon River will have no water service until further notice.

All other water customers may see a drop in water pressure as this line is temporarily turn off at the water supply.

The City urges everyone to conserve water until such time as the main feed line can begin to supply water to the storage tank at the city park.

All media outlets will be alerted when everything is back to normal conditions.
